Meet the President of AEC, Incorporated
Jeff Clements founded Applied Engineering Concepts, Incorporated in 2010 with the objective of building a diverse team of engineers and program managers to support the unique needs of the Intelligence Community and the DoD in Wireless Communications. In his role as President, Jeff is responsible for the overall strategic growth, leadership and financial management of the company.
Jeff began his engineering career performing Signals Intelligence and Information Assurance duties for the Department of Defense, focusing on wireless communications technologies. Prior to founding Applied Engineering Concepts, Incorporated, Jeff worked for small DoD contracting companies as a subject matter expert in signals processing and systems development. With over 30 years of experience in defense-focused businesses, Jeff has held various corporate leadership roles, including Engineering Manager, Project Lead and Executive Vice President.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University.
